Bandipora, : In the remote area Sudi Kilshay village of the Tulail valley in Bandipora district, where basic amenities and road access are scarce, Reyaz Ahmed ( Store keeper) has demonstrated remarkable dedication by completing the ration card e-KYC process. Kilshay, known for its isolation and challenging terrain, lacks fundamental infrastructure, making it difficult for residents to access essential services.

Despite these challenges, Reyaz Ahmed undertook the task of traveling door-to-door to ensure that the ration e-KYC was completed for all eligible residents. His efforts are particularly noteworthy given the difficult conditions in Kilshay, where transportation is limited and reaching people is a significant challenge.
